Welcome to Kids Club at Bidford Primary School
We’re thrilled to introduce Bidford Primary School’s brand-new wraparound care provision: Kids Club at Bidford Primary School, delivered in partnership with Onside Coaching. This exciting new venture is designed to bring fantastic benefits to both our pupils and the wider Bidford community.
Kids Club runs every school day, offering before-school care:
Breakfast Club: 7:55am – Start of school
Our goal is to provide a safe, affordable, and high-quality experience where children can start their day with energy, fun, and care—giving parents complete peace of mind.
Activities
Fun, Safe & Engaging
Kids Club provides a variety of morning activities to help children ease into the school day. These may include relaxed games, creative activities, reading time, and gentle movement to get minds and bodies ready to learn.

Easy Booking & Guaranteed Places
Bookings are made half-termly in advance, and we are proud to guarantee a place for every child at Bidford Primary School. To help us plan effectively, we kindly ask families to book early. You’ll receive a newsletter each half term with booking dates and details.
Pricing & SessionStarting September 2025, we’ll use a clear, simple pricing structure:
Breakfast Club: 7:55am – Start of school
£5.00 per session
Ad Hoc Sessions
Need flexibility? You can book ad hoc sessions on a 7-day rolling basis at £5.00 per session.
How to Book
Sessions are booked half-termly in advance and are payable upfront. When booking opens, you’ll receive an email with full details. For ad hoc bookings, simply use our online booking platform to reserve a place up to a week in advance.
Drop-off Details
Children should be dropped off at the main school entrance, where a member of the Kids Club team will greet them and sign them in.
